Returns
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered.
Requests for return must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or without original packaging are not eligible for return.
Refunds
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, refunds will be issued as either:
Store credit for future purchases, or
Replacement of the same item (if available).
Direct cash refunds are not available at this time.
Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
Clearance or sale items
Gift cards or promotional items
Personal-use items such as water bottles, food containers, or hygiene-related products
